PROJECTS: TRADE CENTER – ASSALUYEH - IRAN

The basic concept at this project foresees a big central open space conceived as a “pivot” to which three wings are connected. All activities are concentrated on the wings while the central void act as an indoor square which is the heart of all the building.

The vertical circulation is originated from the central core by means of on mechanical escalators. This solution will enhance the volumetric central space, with a skylight that allows indirectly the sunlight to enter into the lobby from above.

The project is based on a modular grid of 9m x 9 m.

On the ground floor we planned a commercial area on all three wings, which will be dedicated to retail shops and to a large area for fast-food.

On the 1st , 2nd and 3dr floor we proposed an area for offices with different footprints for different aims. We have planned several conference halls for offices.
Prestigious offices have been included with large surface and linked with private restrooms.

On the 4th floor we will be developing a multi-functional area, restaurant, piano bar, ice-cream shop, gym, we have also planned two terraces. The whole floor will be accessible also after normal working hours.

On the basement a supermarket has been designed this, an area dedicated to “do it yourself”, several shops, kinder-garden, service area along with shop, restaurant storages, security, first aid and technical rooms.

In each wing public rest rooms and emergency exits are connected to security stairs.
Each wing is provided with goods elevators.

The Trade Center will be built with a metallic structure and all facades will be covered by modular metal panel such as “Alucobond”, external isolated windows will have special double glasses.

The elements of the sun protection, are embodied in the facade
Special removable elements for sun protection will be used onto the external façade.

We are sure that the proposed area solution will improve the architectural features of the building making the shopping as pleasant experience for visiting guests.
